Dr. Malek has her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She has over 20 years of business experience in sales, marketing and management with IBM and Xerox corporations. She has been the president of Corporate Development Consulting since 1995. 

She is the founder of the Center for Research and Advancement of Human Potential in Southern California, dedicated to creating an environment which assists individuals in organizations in meeting and exceeding their potential both personally and professionally. She is also serving on the Board of Directors for the Alumni Association at the United States International University and American Society for Training and Development.

Dr. Malek is an adjunct professor and a frequent guest speaker and holds seminars at various universities, colleges and businesses discussing topics such as organizational development, leadership and change, team building and group dynamics, emotional intelligence, conflict management, sales and customer service. She may be reached at mmalek@cdcconsulting.org
